Withdraw from your private balance

#Withdraw to your own wallet

1. Open Shield and tap the Withdraw tab.
2. Under Withdraw to, tap Connect next to your wallet.
3. Type an amount, or leave the field on All to withdraw everything. The hint above it reads "The pool provider currently charges 0.006 SOL plus 0.35%."; the fee is read from the provider each time.
4. Tap Review withdrawal.
5. Check the sheet and tap Approve and send.

The sheet, titled Withdraw to your wallet, shows From your private balance, Pool provider fee, Your wallet receives, To (the full address) and Left in your private balance. The toast reads Withdrawn to your wallet with the signature.

WiSP can only pay a wallet you connect here. There is no field for typing another Solana address.

#Leave to another chain

1. On the Withdraw tab, scroll to Leave to another chain.
2. Choose Zcash, Bitcoin, Ether, USDC on Ethereum, USDC on Base or USDC on Arbitrum.
3. Under To, paste your address on that chain.
4. Under Amount, type how much SOL to take from your private balance. The quote line shows what you receive after the pool fee.
5. Tap Review withdrawal to Zcash (or your choice), check the sheet and tap Approve and send.

The sheet adds The swap address receives, Swap address (with how many minutes the quote is valid), The swap service pays about, At your Zcash address and If the swap cannot complete: the SOL is refunded to your funding address. One approval covers both legs: the pool pays the swap address and the swap pays you. On Activity the pool leg reads, for example, "Leave 0.5 SOL to ZEC". In tests on 21 October 2026, a Zcash payout arrived in under four minutes.

#If something goes wrong

• "Choose the wallet to withdraw to first."
• "Amount is above the private balance".
• "Provider minimum not met" or "Too small after the pool fee." Withdraw more.
• "Withdrawals open a while after a deposit or sweep; try again later". Your privacy profile has a wait running.
• "The swap quote has expired. Review the withdrawal again for a fresh quote."
• "The withdrawal was sent and Solana has not confirmed it yet. Refresh in a moment". Refresh; do not send it again.

Refunds from another chain come back to your funding address with the toast The swap was refunded to your funding address. Shield it again when you are ready.
